2015 Ironman Chattanooga Camp Itinerary

If you are getting ready for your first or your 5th Ironman there is no substitute to training on the course and knowing it well. Come train with us and learn how to ride and run to your potential on this course. Topics for discussion will be race day nutrition as well as pacing and mental training tips. The goal of this camp is to send you home feeling comfortable about the course and your upcoming IM. Group will be limited to 20 athletes so please let me know ASAP if you plan to attend.

*The Suites have 2 beds and a pull out sofa so feel free to share rooms with a friend!


CAMP COST $100 – payable to Malone Coaching – DUE JULY 17th!

Saturday Aug, 15    

                                    8:30    Breakfast at hotel (Included)

                                    7:00    On the bikes, riding (groups no larger than 5)

                                                Ride full course 116 miles

                                                Food Stops every 15 miles

                                                Lunch supplied will be in SAG vehicle

(*Jimmy John’s  for lunch– if you don’t like Jimmy John’s please supply your own)

                        *Have Snacks & Protein shake for after ride & before dinner!!!

                                    4:00    9 hours ride time limit

                                    6:00    Group Dinner OUT (*not included in camp price)



Sunday Aug. 16        6:30    Group Run 13-20 miles on IM course

                                 10:00 Group Brunch (included)


                                 12:00  Camp Ends
